Lost & Found
Find the Lost and Found office in the Arrivals area.
Have you lost any belonging within Alicante Airport premises? In that case, please contact to the Lost & Found office. Phone: +34 966 919 444 Email:alc.objetosperdidos@aena.es. You can find it located in Level 0, Arrivals hall. Opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 14:00 pm.
Left luggage
The left luggage office comprises luggage storage, courier, suitcase packing, among other services available for Alicante Airport passengers. Location: Level 2, Check-in Hall.
Medical care
In case of medical emergency, there is a First Aid station located in Level 0, Arrivals Hall.
On the other hand, Alicante Airport counts with 14 Heart Rescue Points distributed along the terminal building.
Children’s Play Area
Families with children will find lots of services for them at the Airport.
At the second level of Alicante Airport, in the Boarding zone, there is a children’s play area.
Lactation room
Find a parents rooms at the second level, in the Boarding area, equipped with all needed to privately feed your baby.
Meet and Assist
Meet and Assist service is an accompaniment service that helps you through departures, arrival, connecting flights, etc.
