Alicante Airport Taxi

You can get by taxi from Alicante Airport to downtown within 20 minutes, since it is located 9 kilometres southwest of Alicante city centre.

In Spain, metered taxis turn to be a convenient and fast mean of transport; in that sense, locals tend to use them more often than app cabs such as Uber (since its regulation is far discussed in the country).

Taxicabs are able to take a maximum of 4 people, including children.

As an advice, during peak hours, waiting times may be over 30 minutes. Prior to your trip, please establish the price with the driver. On the other hand, it is advisable to request a receipt to the driver in case of any complaint or claim.

If that is the case, please call +34 965 458 257 or email incidencias@radiotaxielche.es

Shared Rides

Shared ride service is available to those who wish to share a ride and pay a flat rate to certain destinations if multiple parties are available for the trip. Apps such as Uber* may be useful to do so.

*Please note that in Spain Uber is only regulated in Madrid and Barcelona. We cannot assure you that you will be able to use the app in Alicante.
